Week 4 - Car Show

Every year my hubby and I go to the St Louis Car Show, well last year he had meniscus surgery and was unable to go. So we hopped in the truck this morning and headed downtown for 2011's. Here are a few things I found myself drooling over.

What car makes you drool?

A projection beam headlight of a 2011 Hyundai Genesis

Lexus ISF - V8 - 416 Horsepower - Humina....Humina

Oldie but goodie, I love any Dodge Viper!

The most "electrifying" battery operated vehicle I have ever seen!
3.7 seconds > 60mph, 245 miles per charge, 0 tailpipe emissions.

Did I mention how dead sexy saving the environment can be?

Week 3 - Snow Fun

Hi everyone! Thanks for stopping by Week 3 of Flatt 52!

I know we can all think of a ton of complaints about winter but snow is one thing that makes me smile during these cold & dreary months.

What's one thing you love about winter?

Week 2 - St Louis Zoo

Ya know there are a lot of great tourist attractions in St Louis, one of my favorites is our Zoo. The St Louis Zoo is among the Top 10 best zoos in the US! Since we are usually on the top 10 lists for our crime rates (no joke), I think it's important to spread the word about how awesome (and FREE!) our zoo is. So if you are in the St Louis area stop by, you won't be disappointed.
Although there weren't many animals out today, here's a few pics I did capture on my visit with my friend Shelly. What is one of your favorite things about your city??

My awesome husband - Shaun (taken with Samsung Galaxy S Retro Camera App)

My mom & friend - Tina
My two favorite people (under 10!) - Corie - 3, Katie - 6

Reminds me of an ice cream cone...mmm...
